Session Format

• All sessions are conducted digitally via video chat. On-location services are available by special request only.

Cancellation Policy

• Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. A 20% cancellation fee is charged if you cancel after booking. A 50% cancellation fee applies if you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• There will be no refund for a no-show.
